The Simma and Michael Stein Des Moines Jewish Film series invites you to celebrate the work of Jewish filmmakers that reflect the diversity of the Jewish experience. Our aim is to create shared learning that brings the films we screen into the fabric of our lives, not just as art, but as a reflection of an expansive history, vast culture, varied political ideologies and personal identities, and awareness of an unbowed diaspora.
